Can I pay with a check?

Yes. At the bottom of the registration form in the section titled "Payment Options", click the "Register and pay by mail" button. Print the form and mail it with your check to the address provided on the form.

I accidentally paid for a course twice. How can I get a refund?

Contact us by e-mail or call 707-937-0518 and we will credit your account.

Is it safe to enter my credit card on your website?

Yes. Your transaction is protected by VeriSign secure-server technology (see our security and privacy information for details). As a further precaution, Wild Iris does not keep your credit card number after your transaction is completed.

How do I get a receipt for my transaction?

When you enter a valid e-mail address on the registration form, you receive an automatic confirmation. If you don't have e-mail, please call 707-937-0518 and we will mail or fax a receipt.

Do you keep a record of all the transactions?

Yes, we are required by our accrediting agencies to maintain a record of all course transactions for six years.
